Rotation Strategy - Always Be in Position

When to rotate early vs late, reading the zone, vehicle rotations, and compound selection.

Early vs Late Rotations

Early rotation means moving to the next zone before the blue starts closing. You get first pick of positions but might run into others already there. Late rotation means waiting for the blue to push you, giving you more time to loot and information about where enemies are — but you risk getting caught in the open when the zone moves. The best players adapt based on circle position and enemy density.

Vehicle Rotations

Vehicles are essential for long rotations but make you a target. Drive unpredictably (swerve, change speed), never drive in a straight line, and exit the vehicle behind hard cover. Stop behind a hill or building, not in the middle of a field. A good vehicle rotation gets you across the map alive; a bad one announces your arrival to everyone.
